Quality Control
All stages of our production processes, from raw materials to the final product, are managed based on the principles of traceability and continuity. Each batch of product is evaluated using current analytical methods and its compliance with quality criteria is verified.
In our in-house laboratories, basic quality and stability analyses for cold-pressed vegetable oils are regularly performed. This includes determining the total oil content; analyzing free fatty acid and acid number; and monitoring the oxidative stability of the oils. Moisture content is also measured in oilseeds and products. All these analyses are carried out in accordance with standard operating procedures and in a way that provides comparable results on a batch basis.
Component analyses and purity verification studies of the products are provided through accredited official external laboratories. This includes analyzing the fatty acid profile using gas chromatography (GC); determining the distribution of saturated and unsaturated fatty acids. Furthermore, the color characteristics and batch continuity of the products are verified with color analyses in accordance with international standards.
In addition to chemical and physical analyses, our products are also evaluated in terms of sensory criteria such as color, odor, taste, and clarity; observational controls supporting quality continuity are carried out regularly.
