1. INTRODUCTION
This privacy notice has been prepared in accordance with Article 10 of the Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (“LAW”) to inform data subjects/relevant individuals about the processing of personal data collected by Lipidyum (“DATA CONTROLLER”).
The DATA CONTROLLER shows utmost sensitivity and effort in the processing, protection, and security of personal data. In this context, and in accordance with the LAW, the personal data of relevant individuals may be processed by the DATA CONTROLLER.

The DATA CONTROLLER takes all necessary administrative and technical measures and security precautions when sharing personal data. The DATA CONTROLLER adheres to its duty of care and diligence regarding the transfer and sharing of your data, and values your data and its security.
4. METHOD OF COLLECTING PERSONAL DATA AND LEGAL BASIS
The DATA CONTROLLER collects personal data through all kinds of auditory, written, visual and electronic methods, and within the framework of the purposes stated in this disclosure text, based on many legal grounds such as ensuring that the services provided by the DATA CONTROLLER are in compliance with the laws and relevant legislation, and that the Institution fully fulfills its obligations arising from contracts and laws. The DATA CONTROLLER processes, shares and transfers this data in accordance with the conditions specified in the LAW.
5. RIGHTS OF PERSONAL DATA SUBJECTS AND PROTECTION OF THESE RIGHTS
Personal data subjects, in accordance with Article 11 of the LAW;
Individuals have the right to:
Learn whether their personal data is being processed,
Request information regarding the processing of their personal data if it has been processed,
Learn the purpose of the processing of their personal data and whether it is being used in accordance with its purpose,
Know the third parties to whom their personal data has been transferred, domestically or abroad,
Request the correction of their personal data if it is incomplete or inaccurate,
Request the deletion or destruction of their personal data within the framework of the conditions stipulated in Article 7 of the Law,
Request that the actions taken in accordance with Articles 5 and 6 of the Law be notified to the third parties to whom their personal data has been transferred,
Object to a result that is detrimental to them arising from the analysis of their processed data exclusively through automated systems,
Demand compensation for damages if they suffer harm due to the unlawful processing of their personal data.
To exercise these rights, personal data owners may apply to the DATA CONTROLLER in writing or through other methods determined by the Personal Data Protection Board. Applications will be processed as soon as possible, but in any case within 30 days, depending on the nature of the request.
